About Our Bourbon Society
“We meet...we drink a little bourbon...but most importantly, we have fun.” — Bill Meck
We are a collection of folks with a penchant for America's Native Spirit!
The Lexington Bourbon Society (LBS) comes together to appreciate all things bourbon.

If you answered, "Yes!" to any of these questions, then you have come to the right place.
Since 2007, LBS has welcomed the opportunity to support great causes through more than just great sips! So, whether you are looking to learn more about the bourbon-centric culture, want to partake in various nonprofit charity events, or wish to simply have fun with a great group, the Lexington Bourbon Society welcomes you. We also invite you to learn more about our organization, and if you are interested, consider becoming a member to start your journey with our society.
Let's share a sip!
A message from our LBS Founder
Hello and welcome,
The Lexington Bourbon Society is a local nonprofit focused on the philanthropic abilities of America’s native spirit. We embrace the heritage and history of our nation, Commonwealth, and whiskey. In doing so, we have the ability to share with others the production process, legal parameters and broad palate of Bourbon - America's Native Spirit - in a manner that benefits charitable organizations locally, regionally, and nationally. Thank you for stopping by, and we look forward to sharing a sip soon.

We continue to collaborate with many distilleries, vendors, and leaders in this booming industry.
